Jan Grieff
Jan Grieff Research Associates

Jan Grieff has more than twenty-five years of experience providing strategic major gift identification, research and analysis services to large and small non-profit organizations and investment firms nationally and internationally.
Jan began her career in development at the University of Pennsylvania. She later served as the Director of Prospect Research at the University of Pennsylvania and at Temple University, both major research universities in Philadelphia, PA. She also served as Director of Development for the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
In 1991, she founded Jan Grieff Research Associates, which has grown to a firm of ten consultants, with offices in Reading and Pittsburgh. Jan and her associates have extensive knowledge of donors in the Delaware Valley region, and help clients identify and evaluate potential major donors through screenings, individual analysis, and donor profiles among other research services.
Jan has served on the boards of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and was an adjunct instructor for the College of General Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, where she co-taught a course for the certificate program in fundraising.
